In the past years, he founded Villahouse Real Estates LLC in the United Arab Emirates, rapidly establishing the company as a high-performing player within one of the world’s most competitive real estate environments. The business focuses on luxury residential property, off-plan developments, and strategic investment opportunities, serving both regional and international clients.

Alongside his UAE operations, Fawzi continues to lead Villahouse Estates, a well-established London-based firm specialising in prime and central London sales, lettings, and development. His cross-border expertise enables him to bridge global investor demand with local market insight, delivering long-term value through informed decision-making and strong professional relationships.

Fawzi holds professional UK real estate qualifications with NAEA | ARLA Propertymark and is fluent in English and Arabic.
